Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Eventipus mobile app and eventipus.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

What the Service Does

Eventipus is a mobile app for creating digital invitations for weddings, engagements, birthdays and similar events, managing guest lists, preparing a personal invitation link and message for each guest, and collecting RSVPs.

Sending Invitations

Eventipus does not send any message to your guests. The Service creates a personal invitation link and a ready-to-send message for each guest. You send them yourself, from your own phone, your own number and the app of your choice (for example SMS or WhatsApp).

• You are responsible for who you contact, for the content of the message you send (you can change the text before sending it), and for having a valid basis to contact those people.
• The "Handed over" mark in the app only records that you marked the guest; it does not show that a message was sent or that it reached the guest.
• Anyone who receives an invitation link can tell us they do not want to be invited through Eventipus again. Their phone number is then removed from every event, and the Service will not let you add that number again.

Accounts and Responsibility

To use the Service you must sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the security of your account and for any activity under it. The Service is not available to users under 13.

Acceptable Use

By using the Service you agree that you will:

• Process third-party phone numbers and contact information only for legitimate invitation purposes.
• Have consent or a reasonable expectation from the people you invite; not use the links and messages the Service prepares for spam or unsolicited messaging.
• Not try to add back, by any other means, someone who has asked not to be invited.
• Not create harassing, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful content.
• Not reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it at scale or harm its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

User Content

Everything you upload to the Service — event titles, photos, message text, guest lists — remains your content. You represent that you have the rights to that content and have obtained any required consent. You are responsible for the suitability of what you upload.

Eventipus has the right to process, store and show your content to guests who open your invitation link, as needed to run the Service. This right is limited to operating the Service; we do not use your content for advertising or marketing.

In-App Purchases

The Service sells coin packs that unlock event creation and guest limits. These are consumable in-app purchases — they are spent when used, do not auto-renew and do not expire.

• All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their billing rules.
• Purchases made via Apple are subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
• Coins are credited only to your Eventipus account; they cannot be transferred to other accounts or exchanged for any other currency.
• If a purchase doesn't appear in your account, contact support — we'll help under Apple's refund policy.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app via Settings → Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, all events you created and their guest lists. The action is irreversible.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventipus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (for example, an invitation you send not reaching a guest, or a delayed RSVP response). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes and Termination

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. If you do not accept updated Terms you should stop using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul. Consumer rights granted by local law remain reserved.
